Brass Reference

While working on adopt sheets, I snagged this one for myself. I haven't done that in awhile. I normally have good restrain.

This is Brass. They live in colder regions close to human civilizations. Their source of energy can be taken from the sun like a flower or absorbing electricity through the crystals on it's back. The stored energy keeps their body running warm. That warmth can be channeled throughout the body. More importantly this heat can be used as defense. Brass' tail can be heated to searing tempts which can cause a serious and permanent scar/burn. Their tail can whip around and the gold sections of the tail should be avoided as they will be the hottest part. After the energy has run it's course it is expelled from their body in hot steam through the nostrils.

When fully powered, theirs eyes will glow as hot as an intense fire. These eyes help them see in the dark.

Brass is one of many man made creatures in order to bring animals back to a cold and frozen wilderness. Brass was one made particularly to help find people trapped under the snow and be a travel companion in the frosty wilderness.

This creature's normal pace is slow but is able to take leaps and quick bounds. If scared, they will more likely stay and fight than flee. That tail scares most creatures and people away. Brass is a tough fighter and can be a bit stubborn at times so one has to be careful to not anger them.

Brass loves a bit of good shock therapy and likes the tastes of different electronics. They can be a little greedy in their eating habits and has been known to suck power places dry. Thankfully, Brass can't eat more than their tank will allow but a group of his species can be dangerous. Humans are normally very careful to feed them on a strict schedule so power outages don't happen. Mostly Brass will eat solar but when darker days get longer, they'll resort to electricity.

Brass is only a small handle of his kind. Newer models are bigger and taller for high snow. Brass can still melt enough snow to tunnel but is mostly used for closer explorations or easy trips. Brass still does the search and rescue. They manage to keep up with the bigger guys.
